Our dishes reflect the abundance of ingredients and cultures from the diverse regions and communities of the Indian sub-continent. Its cuisines are a culmination of centuries of experimentation and cross-pollination. Its tastes and aromas are complemented by nutritionally well balanced meals, that incorporate the ancient principles of Ayurveda, handed down through generations of cooks.
Un-Curry dishes are made from scratch with quality seasonal, organic and natural ingredients, freshly ground spices and specially blended spice powders and pastes. Our spotlight is on the cuisine of Maharashtra, my home state on India’s beautiful west coast. Marathi food is rich and varied, ranging from earthy and rustic to sophisticated, complex and layered. From this ancient culture comes an abundance of salads, lentil & vegetable dishes, seafood, meats, breads, snacks, and desserts.
